Oscar’s - Next door to Residencias Molino de Agua. On an island in the river, surrounded by lush vegetation. Ocean and river views. Take the pedestrian bridge to the mid-point; then take stairs to the restaurant. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Daiquiri Dick’s - On the beach. 3 short blocks south. Good for all meals.
Mi Pueblicito – On the beach. 4 short blocks south. Nice atmosphere. Good breakfast buffet. Reasonable prices for lunch and dinner.
La Palapa – On the beach. 1 block past the small pier. Great atmosphere, particularly if you choose to dine on the sand in the evening. Breakfast and lunch are also served.
Memo’s House of Pancakes - 4 short blocks south; 1½ blocks east. Great breakfast.
Joe Jack’s Fish Shack - 4 short blocks south; ½ block east. Great fish; reasonable prices. Request upstairs for outdoor dining.
Polo’s – Inexpensive local restaurant with exceptional food. 2 short blocks south; 5 blocks east
Le Bistro – On the river. Up-scale. Great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Take the pedestrian bridge to the mid-point; take stairs down; walk along river island for a block; take stairs over I Vallarta Street; take stairs down to Le Bistro.
